idisk/.mac broken?

I can't connect to it on either of my machines. I'm getting the "idisk volume not found" message so I've tried restarting, removing from sidebar and re-inserting, repairing perms. but to no avail.

Then I got to the .mac website to check status, and it won't play ball. It says "504 Gateway Timeout"...

Strange...

Is anyone else having trouble with their idisk right now?

www.mac.com is not coming up for me either.

probably just transitioning stuff to the MobileMe brand.
give it a few hours and try again?

Agree with vandozza - must be part of the transition. It's too early for the full transition, surely...?

Yes, you could be right. I did wonder whether it had something to to with the upgrade to 20gb that's on its way...

I imagine there is heaps of behind the scenes work to do with such a major transition.

They will be getting ready so that they can just "flick the switch, and BOOM, it's on."

I would expect frequent interruptions between now and the MobileMe release.

I too have .mac email for personal stuff, so hope it's not too frequent!
