iDisk troubles

I'm getting frustrated with my iDisk. I'm manually copying some .MOV files. It keeps hanging at the end of the file copy when it say "Closing File". It copied a 40mb file in under 1 minute, but now it has been sitting on this Closing File step for over 10 minutes.

I've had this happen many, many times.

Is there something I can do to correct this?

Anyone else have this issue?
