iDisk

[mac2thefuture]

When i press the iDisk icon in finder I get a message reading ' The volume for ''iDisk'' cannot be found.'

1. What's happened
2. What did/does iDisk do
3. Am i missing out
4. I've just set up a 30 day free trial of .Mac and cant host anything - could this be attributed to the iDisk issues i'm encountering

I didn't - but i've amended it there now to 60 day trial with slightly diff login name - thanks pal

As you're on a trial, I wouldn't put important things into the iDisk. If you forget to take them out when your trial ends, you'll lose them unless you pay for a subscription.

And you won't be able to change your login name if you keep this account. If you want a different name you will need to let the trial go and establish a new account.

Yeah, i'm having a few issues here - think i'll just drop the trial for now.
