iDVD 08' & High Quality Encoding

can someone tell me why iDVD 08' wont let me encode my video as "high quality" or "professional quality", but it will let me encode it has "best performance"?

I realize that this is an old thread but did you find out anything about this because I cannot get it to encode using high or professional quality?
