Using iLife ’05, is there a way to place 2 or more movies with chapters on a single DVD? Making a DVD with 1 movie with chapters is easy, but either iMovie will not export chapter info when saving .dv files or iDVD does not read this info when adding them to projects.

Or I’m going about this all wrong – any ideas would be appreciated - thanks

Does iDVD5 have zero-based timecode/asset-based timecode selection option under Track/Chaper? I haven't used iDVD for quite some time, just DVDSP where importing each clip as a separate asset works.

Figured it out, you have to use the iMovie project files under the media tab, not shared .dv files, then rearrange the layout.

thanks xsedrinam for the reply, got me to try this new approach. :)

Glad you worked it out. That's good to know. :)

multiple iMove projects within iDVD

I want to do this also. So you select both iMovies that have chapters and load them from the media window. How do they appear at the top level of the DVD when playing? Can you select each movie and then drop down to a scene selection screen for each?
