Idvd Buttons driving me insane

So i'm making a Dvd menu in iDvd 05 i added chose what i want but when i'm in the menu settings under Button there is the style drop down menu. all it does is let me select the style.... HOW do i place the buttons in the menu and define actions, whats up with this.

Grab your video clip, and drop it into the main window, it'll turn up as a button which you can then use the style drop-down to change.

Also, hitting the new folder button will add a button that takes you to a new sub-menu (a new folder if thinking in Finder terms). Useful for including a bonus features section or something.
