Ok Just finished creating a 2.93 GB iDVD project with my Track Team Videos on it. Running iDVD was fine. All the videos ran smoothly and there were no glitches. All the videos were in m4v video format.

Then came the day to burn the iDVD project. After about 2 hours , it was done, so I figured I would watch it and see if there were any problems. THERE WERE! Every single video is glitchy and runs slowly. During movement, objects (runners) are disfigured and jagged. All the videos are running un-smoothly and skip. There is also a green bar at the bottom of the screen.

I tried putting a finished m4v video in iMovie to take a scene out of it, but it was jagged and skipping. Can I convert these videos to MP4. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Quicktime Pro has a number of video conversion options. Try that and see if it can open and export your m4v to another format that works easier with iLife applications.
