iDVD error during rendering/encoding ? WHY ???!!!

Just to update.
I rebooted my iMac... and redid the project from scratch and it worked with no problems..
not sure why it does not like the original one but it did work after redoing it.

what an odd occurrence. the error does nothing to help you figure it out in any way.
