iDVD help : Menu button not permitted in one video

I burned a DVD using several videos I exported from FCP. Every video works fine except for, sadly, the main video, which when I press the menu button during the video, it doesn't work. When I test it on the DVD player in Mac OS X, it says Not Permitted.

How can I turn this off? Did I do this in iDVD or when I exported it in FCP?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Update: the menu button seems to work in the iDVD preview. I burned a disc image believing it'll work now but the same problem still occurred
