I upgraded my white Macbook (512 MB RAM, 40GB HD with roughly 6GB left) some months back to Leopard, although all the other iLife apps stayed the same.
So today I put together some clips my dad wanted on a DVD through iDVD. I set it all up, started the recording, and everything went on just fine. Until it started to process all the clips. It's been processing for the past two hours, though it's not done. But now something has gone funky with the power. The green light on the Magsafe connector started flickering and has went dead. Apparently while the thing is still plugged in, it's draining the battery and there's only half an hour left. The Magsafe connector is still plugged in, and it should be working fine, but it's not. What's going on????
Oh, did changing the project option in order to fit all the clips onto one DVD. Could that have anything to do with it?
(The Macbook has been going rather wonky for a while. When I was using Tiger, I could get a wireless signal everywhere around school; now with Leopard, dead spots will randomly appear. Also, just after the storms hit (I'm in California), the Bluetooth on the computer randomly shorts out and won't recognize my Mighty Mouse or Keyboard. )
