iDVD -- max minutes for highest quality?

Anyone know what the max length movie you can have in iDVD 6 and still have the highest quality compression? My current "project duration" is now 59:26 and I have "best quality" selected. Still the DVD capacity shows less than half full -- 2.0gb of 4.2gb. So will I be getting the highest quality?
