iDVD - stretched video on a widescreen TV :(

Hello everyone,

I need... help.

I put together a video of photos on imovie. I took it to iDVD and made a disc image. (My mac mini does not have a DVD drive, so I have to transfer the image to the PC and burn it to DVD there.)

Once the final product is on DVD, I stick it in the DVD player... and.... the video is STRETCHED! (It's a widescreen TV...) The DVD looks good when played on a computer, but on our TV it looks stretched. I can't seem to solve this problem...

Did you make a widescreen(16:9) project in iDVD or a standard(4:3) project? It sounds like you did the standard and the TV is just filling the screen.
