iDVD won't start.

When I open iDVD, it bounces 1-3 times and crashes
in console it says:

dyld: Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/Oxygene.framework/Versions/A/Oxygene
Referenced from: /Applications/iDVD.app/Contents/MacOS/iDVD
Reason: image not found

The ***'s are the user name and computer name

I tried reinstalling iDVD but the same thing. I am running OS X 10.4.11 and iDVD 7.0.1 (came with my computer) and it's about 117.9 MB

Help me please.

I ended up calling Apple, and they got me to delete a bunch of stuff and completely reinstalled it,
