iEatBrainz: switching libraries?

Is there anyway to tell iEatBrainz to "Choose Songs" from another library (other than the default iTunes Music)?

I'm running 2 different libraries, one internally and the other externally, and I'd like to use the app on my external drive. However iEatBrainz automatically directs me to my internal library.

Is there anyway to change the path??

Any ideas? I've searched all over for comparable programs that would allow me switch the library, but have come up with nothing.
This is driving me crazy!
