If it's a good product but a copy should it be taken off the market or kept on the maket because consumers like it?

Any specific product in mind?

Unless a patent/ copyright/ other law is violated, let it be. Capitalism.
 
By copy I would assume counterfeit and so, yes, usually they are removed from the market and the products themselves destroyed.
