If converting avi in Handbreak do I use iPhone preset to be played back on new 6?

I don't know if anythings changed from the regular iPhone to the iPhone 6 or what. I don't know much about all the resolutions and what have you.

I want to load up an avi file though into my iPhone 6. So should I use the "iPhone" preset or just go by the default regular option?

I just have mine set to 'MP4' as the output file type and it works fine on my iPhone 6.
