I'll be on travel next week, and am considering a visit to an Apple store to look at my iPhone 4 regarding potential battery issues. Since I'm traveling, if I get a replacement, I want everything from the old phone on the new.

I've never been in to Apple for assistance before; will they do what I need them to, or should I wait until I return home?

No. You have to do it yourself.

Thanks. I guess I should have been more clear; I won't have my laptop with iTunes with me.

Guess I'll wait until I return home.
