If I add a line to a family plan, what price do I pay for the iPhone 4?

If it's a new line, then whatever the new phone price is. $199 for 16GB, $299 for 32GB.
You're still gonna pay full data plan price for that line, so AT&T will still get their money back on the subsidy, even if the line is on a family plan.
