if I allow Siri to listen to me 24/7, how will that affect battery life?
or affect other functionalities on my Macbook Pro?

doesn't seem to make a whole lot of difference on the iPhone...

24/7 listening Siri dosen´t work on macOS Sierra. Only iOS or watchOS devices can do that.
