well, the answer really depends? are you in the united states? if you are, there is no one phone that will work on any one network. for example, there are at&t phones that won't work on sprint or verizon. you can take some verizon phones and use them on at&t/t-mobile, but you might not get all the lte support you need.

I'm on AT&T and it is listed as an AT&T phone.

sorry, i completely misread the thread title. instead of "my network" i read it as "any network." you should be fine. the only concern as the poster mentioned before me is sim card size.
 
Make sure that the seller does an "Erase All Content and Settings" otherwise you might trip the theft detection.
