can i put another telefone line company ??



i live in kuwait and we don't have at&t
i use zein in kuwait
 
You would have to buy it unlocked or be able to unlock.
This is assuming that that company is compatible with the GSM bands used in the iPhone 4.
 
is there a way to unlock it now ?

or the hackers didn't find how to unlock ?
