Probably on disc included in the box.

most likely not. your ilife 11 probably will have to be downloaded. but i think it'd be free. look at the ilife page on apple.com

If it is not in the box then a small fee is taken by apple in the up-to-date-program. This is typical for older boxes still in stores. New boxes will have it included.
