iPad If I buy an ipad online, can I return to an Apple Store?

If you bought it from Apple.com, you can return it for a refund to a local Apple retail store.
If you bought it from a third party (e.g. Best Buy, Staples) you cannot return to the Apple store for a refund, but may be able to get a genius bar swap (although these are supposedly remanufactured units).
