if i buy off ebay, Will Apple Store take care of me?

i was wondering if i were to buy the new mbp off ebay
itll obviously be under applecare and such
but lets say i get a retarded screen, will i be able to walk into an apple store and have them replace it for me?

Yes. Screen replace, but not the whole machine. Apple will do repairs under warranty. If you have AppleCare, which I don't see the point in, then I'm not sure if that covers the whole machine.

Im pretty sure they will as long as its a major defect. But as for slanted keys or a dead pixel and warped lid, im not sure, since you didnt buy it from apple.
