If I buy Call of Duty 4 on the mac app store on my macbook pro. Can I download it on my iMac for free? Using the same account?

Them's be the terms of the MAS.

You might not be able to run them at the same time due to other constraints, but install is free.

PunkBuster has nothing to do with the Mac App Store. Once Call of Duty 4 is on your machine it's just as if you installed it from the DVD.
