If I cancel AT&T and sell iPhone 4, how long before I can rebuy subsidized?

Thinking about selling my 32gb iPhone 4 that I receive on June 24.

If I do so and incur the AT&T cancellation fee, how soon before I can buy another iPhone 4 at the subsidized price? Do they make you wait 90 days?

There are a lot of other threads on here that describe this in details. Basically, it's not that easy. You will have to wait 30 days before you can cancel and keep the phone. Your ETF will be $325 and you will have 2 months of service to pay for, so around $160. All said and done you will be down between $7-800. After that you will need to wait either 60 or 90 days before you can sign up with AT&T again.

or you use your old iphone with your renewed contract and if you want an iphone 4 you wait till you can get it unsubsidized and buy it.

to be perfectly honest if you want an iphone 4, you are better off keeping it rather than trying tot make a quick buck, unless you are selling it for close to $1500, you aren't making much once you factor in either paying an etf or paying for an unsubsidized phone along with the inital $300 you are dropping on the 24th, making 100 or 200 profit isn't worth the hassle

Agreed. I'll probably list it is Buy it Now on eBay a few days before the 24th for $1400. If someone is crazy enough to pay that for an in-box iPhone 4, they can have it and I'll keep the $600-700 profit.
