If I click on "Usage" in settings, it bounces me back to the app/icon file

I was wondering about my battery usage but every time I click on usage it sort of crashes, sending me back to the box or file in which several icons and apps are located that I titled Productivity.

I assumed this was cause it's not up and running properly yet with software glitches or whatever but is this happening to anyone else? Suggestions?

Not happening to me. Have you rebooted your phone at all since the issue started?

Once on my 5 long ago the phone would crash to home screen whenever I tried to enter the settings for Safari. There was a setting in there that was causing the crash but I could not get to it to change it. So I asked Siri to bring up the settings for Safari and I was brought there directly without it crashing.
