I replaced my iPhone twice from September 2012 to August 2014. I've been inside a Sprint store less than five times in the last three years because I've done everything through Apple. Sprint just provides my phone service.

Yep, better service than sprint, they wanted like 200 bucks to get an assurian replacement. She went to a sprint store and came home with a new phone for free
