I have been thinking about this for awhile and my tech always compliments each other. If I am primarily using a MacBook. I want a larger phone, so that when its chill time I have a nice screen size. If I am using an iPad as my primary, I want a smaller phone for portability. Plus my watch so I am not constantly racing for a phone.
If I had to choose one device, it would be a iPhone pro max. Screen size, battery, portability, and cameras. I wonder what other people would choose as their one device, if they could only have one.

I think the phone functionality would be extremely inconvenient to give up, which makes anything but the phone a difficult choice. Assuming you could have a feature phone for calls texts and WhatsApp, I think I'd opt for a MacBook Pro. The iPad is still a nice to have companion device for me, but the MacBook and non smartphone covers my usage best.

No phone? I love my Mac but how would I talk to people or text?
