If I order an iPad 2 Refurbished right now, will the iOS be 5.1?

Hey there, I just got the announcement of a 5.1.1 firmware that already came out. If I order the iPad 2 right at this second refurbished, will it be 5.1 still by the time it gets here? I plan on ordering it and it will get here next week.

What does it matter? If it isn't, then just do a simple over the air upgrade when you first turn it on.

The longer you wait the more your chances lean toward newer firmware. But either way an OTA update will true you up.
