If I preorder in Verizon, can I transfer my number from AT&T?

I never transferred a cellphone number. I am not sure if I can preorder from Verizon and transfer the number from AT&T when the phone arrives.

Any answers to this question? Thanks!

Yes you have the option of entering your current number during the pre-order or you can wait and do it laster with Verizon.
