If I qualify for early iPhone 3GS upgrade can I get the 3G for $99?

I cant tell since I still have to pay my bill. Why it wont let me see I will never know. But I do qualify for early upgrade priceing on 3GS but until I pay its 499 599 and 699. So can I get a new 3G for $99?

Yes you may. The $99 3G is a subsidized price, just like the $199 and $299 pricing for the 3Gs.

If you are eligible for the $199/299 pricing for the 3GS, then you can get the 3G for $99 (fully subsidized). But you said you are only eligible for "early upgrade pricing" and therefore you cannot get the 3G fully subsidized. The 3G probably has its own "early upgrade pricing" for $299 (my guess as to what it would be based on the $200 difference on the 3GS pricing). Call AT&T and ask them!
