Just got my 7. Restored from iCloud. Going to be giving my 6s to family. If I reset and delete all my info from the 6s will that effect my 7? It won't delete all my info?

If I reset my old phone will it effect my new one?

It won't affect it in any way if you reset all contents and settings. If you go deleting pictures individually then those might be deleted if connected to iCloud photos.
