If I restore iPod touch 2g will I lose all purchased songs?

I sold the laptop that had all the songs on and I really need to restore it. Will it delete songs and if so how do I get them back? Thanks

Just a reminder, always have a backup! And yes, if you restore you will lose your songs. I would recommend using senuti to get them back, although it is shareware, so I believe that they only let you transfer 1000(?) songs before you have to buy the software.

If that's the only computer with your iTunes library, and you have no other backup, I think you're out of luck.
