Have you tried a respring? That usually cures missing/blank icons.

DONT RESTORE yet!!! I had a similar problem. First, try a safe mode respring. If that doesn't work, I'll link you to my recent post where thelatinist helped me out big time.

have you tried searching the device for Cydia? It will show in search results even if it is not on the Springboard.

i thinki deleted something stupid in cydia when trying to remove a recent tweak that was buggy
