If I swap the logic board from one 5S to another, are the files going to transfer?

Simple question. If I swap the logic board from one 5S to another, are all the files and setting going to transfer? Meaning, would it be like the same iPhone, just in a different body? Thanks.

The files stay with the logic board as the storage is on it so yes
