My iPhone wasn't unlocked via IMEI, so if I update my iPhone... I will lose the unlock? I don't have jailbreak so I don't think there is a problem update but please let me know!

Is your phone unlocked using "gevey sim" ? Or is it officially unlocked, through apple/carrier?

If your phone was officially unlocked by apple/carrier you have no worries - just simply update to iOS7.

None can tell you that for sure. Download GM, install it, and try. You still have time to do downgrade to 6.1.3 or whatever.

Yeah, I know that... But I don't know if I lose the unlock and I downgrade to 6.1.3 again I'll recover the unlock or not?

I suggest stick to iOS6, IMHO iOS7 looks/feels like crap anyways. Dont upgrade until a JB is released.
