If I want to jailbreak should I just opt out of this 5.0.1 update...?

Friend of mine said I may have to wait even longer for a jailbreak if opting to update to 5.0.1 iOS update...

no doubt within the next 48 hours redsn0w will enable 5.0.1 jailbreaking on all but iPhone 4S

I had 5.0.1 beta jailbroken so 5.0.1 will be jailbreakable
