If I were to buy a Time Capsule...

...and I had the choice of buying a new one or a refurbished one, which one should I get? I'm looking for an external HD, but I would also need a new router... so I figured a Time Capsule, even though it's more expensive than a regular external HD + a router, would be a good choice for what I'm looking.

So basically, I'm wondering if it's safe to get myself a refurbished TC.

I tend to steer away from refurbished hard drives. Apple usually does a good job with refurbished products, but I'd just get a new one if I were you.
