If iPhone 12 line is discontinued, possible clearance on cases?

Given the change in camera size, iPhone 12 cases won’t be interchangeable with the iPhone 13.

And should the 12 line be discontinued, I wonder if there might be a clearance on 12 cases.

Perhaps not right away, but as iPhone 12’s become less available, I would think case manufacturers would want to clear out their inventory to make way for the 13.

Probably, older model cases are often cheaper. Just look at the iPhone 11 Pro variants of cases to get an idea.

I haven't seen any particularly good sales on iPhone 12 series cases yet.
MacRumors had a post the other day about ~$10 off Apple's cases on Amazon, but it was only for a very limited color selection.
Hoping to see some better sales soon.

Yeah, the fact that Apple didn’t discontinue the 12, has probably reduced the number of good deals.
