If iPhone 4 gets stolen? UK

I am using the house insurance which provides cover for my mobile phone outside of the house if it stolen what price would i need to quote to my insurance company (Nationwide) to insure I would be able to get a replacement phone as I am currently under contract with 02 and would only need a new phone not a new contract.

If you lose your phone, you won't get another discounted phone from O2. You'll have to pay full price £499 for 16GB or £599 for 32GB.
