The CPU should be about 10-15% and the GPU about 25-50% faster across the board. Depends on their actual selections. But given 2012 hardware, that's about the bare minimum that would be acceptable.

thanks 42, now there are other rumors swirling about a new teardrop design so it will be interesting to see what they give us.

Ivy Bridge CPU's with USB 3.0 and possibly with laminated glass that reduces glare. Most likely in line with other incremental spec bumps as far as performance increases = faster, but not a lot faster.
