If any speed bump happens in June, won't be by much and

Indeed. Perhaps phrased wrongly. Apple's most likely card for an upgrade is the GeForce GT 130M (the mobile version of the iMac card). It's a little bit faster than the current card, but nothing spectacular (maybe 15% better). Over on the ATI side you've got the faster HD 4650/ 4670 and the 40nm 4830. Given Apple's current love for NVIDIA, the Radeon cards may not be used.
