If my 3gs has new boot rom will JB be untethered?

Ok, final question!!

I'm about to Jailbreak my 3GS using custom IPSW through 0.9.10b4 redsn0w. Depending on the bb (I can't check at the moment as the phone hasn't been activated) I'll then hopefully unlock via Ultrasn0w.

I don't know on my bootrom yet, soon as I'm home I'll check following a guide I found....

My question is...

If it is the new bootrom, will my Jailbreak & Unlock be untethered?

It is unthread jailbreak now with 0.9.10b4 for all 3GS on 5.0.1 regardless it's bootrom.
