Odd title I know...

Any app out there works in the background executing other apps / instructions when you open specific programs? ( clear as mud )

eg. click on Cydia, app turns auto lock off, close Cydia, app turns auto lock back on ( could also work for iTunes or Spotify, could also keep wifi alive when locking instead )

I've a half dozen actions it would be nice to automate....Anything out there?

it needs to be hard coded in to the app itself like youtube has it coded in along with the ever so questionable install0us.
