If ordinary non-Apple headphones can support Dolby Atmos, why can't non-Apple speakers?

Is Dolby Atmos in music different than in movies and TV shows? If a movie had Dolby Atmos then any headphones would support it, correct?

Is Spatial Audio simply Dolby Atmos with head tracking?

1. I'm not 100% sure but headphones have fewer variables compared to speakers (such as speaker placement, room acoustics, etc.) so it is easier to support Dolby Atmos on non-Apple headphones compared to non-Apple speakers. Of course, Apple headphones/speakers will sound more immersive than non-Apple headphones/speakers as Apple optimized their Music for it (leaving even fewer variables).

2. Not sure if Dolby Atmos in music is different than in movies and TV shows. Maybe someone can chime in on this?

3. I believe it is. Spatial Audio also has support for 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound along with Dolby Atmos on movies and TV shows.
