Wow, Apple is going down hill. smh ......
Bought new iMac with Applecare+.
Decided to check my warranty and it was not applied to my iMac
Called in with a case number and he told me their computers for the last month or so are having lots of problems automatically assigning applecare.
No idea when it will be fixed......

Now I need to keep following up on my own as they have no idea when fixed.....
