If sending Macbook to apple for battery replace, do i get my exact machine back?

My battery has had "service battery" going for a while now and my nearest apple store is pretty far away. I called apple care a while ago and they said they will replace it at no extra charge. I told him I'd sit on the idea of either making the travel or sending it to them.
I have 3rd party RAM and HD, I was wondering of course by the title if I will get this exact machine in return from them.

Yes, Apple is 100% Trustworthy.

Just be sure you do a backup and remove any data you don't want on the machine if your concerned they may look at it. (I doubt they would, they're too busy to do anything but what you ask them to do.)

Frankly, I've done my own battery replacement and it's quite easy. iFixit .com is a site with directions.

If you choose this option, be very sure you buy your battery from Apple, so you known its genuine. That's critical.
