If the 750m card fails, can you run on Iris Pro only and vise versa?

If the 750m card fails (or Iris Pro), will the Macbook still work and just use the other card? Just wondering.

That is really going to depend on HOW the GPU fails.

I think you could use just iris pro using gfxstatus app... Unless you use boot camp or something that requires the dgpu.
