I'm buying a uMBP for college, but I'm going to be heading up to summer school early so I'll need the laptop before mid-July. I was wondering if the uMBP does go through a refresh and it is announced during WWDC in June, when will the refreshed pros come out? I've read around and seen people say that the refreshed pros won't come out until the itouch+mb deal ends since thats apple's way of selling all the old uMBP before the new refreshed ones come in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No-one knows. It's possible in WWDC but if Apple doesn't update 'em there, it'll be on autumn, Sep/Oct

Thanks for the replies. I was just wondering what apple has done in the past and what the trend is like

Any date given here is speculation. Plus updates seem to happen on Wednesdays rather than Tuesdays recently.

Given that the lowly $999 white Macbook just this week began offering a 500GB hard drive option and the much pricier MBPs are still stuck at 320GB, I'd say the MBP update can't be far behind.

only silent updates are on wedsndays, name one update that Apple has made a big deal of that was on a wednsday, or any day of the week other than tuesday for that matter.
